Starting A New Club
Grow the hearts and minds of young people in your church by starting your own club! If you are interested in starting a club in your local church please reach out to our Montana Conference Club Ministries staff for a consultation, and grab this handy guide that covers all the basics.
NCS Risk Management
Anyone who comes in contact with kids in our organization, whether they be staff, parents, or volunteers, are required to complete an online training and background check with NCS Risk Management. There are additional levels of approval required for anyone who transports kids as part of an event. If you have any questions, please contact Montana Conference Club Ministries staff or click below to start the process or check your status.

Annual form for active Pathfinder/Adventurer clubs registering with the Montana Conference.
Membership Application
Application for individual membership to a local club. Please turn in to local club director
Permission Forms
Required for all off-site events. Choose a form for a single event or complete one form for the entire year
Medical/Media
Consent & Release
Directors should have a new form on file every year for each club member. Required for all conference events and travel
Accident Report
Please immediately report any accidents, even minor incidents, to the Montana Conference using this form.

Build your uniform
